Job description
Key Objective of the Job :
Support in driving all employee engagement and talent management activities. He/She will be expected to participate across the range of Human Resource areas and be required to play a key role in the development and implementation of engagement strategy, best practice guidelines, as well as supporting critical change programs.
We look forward to having someone who is self-driven and innovative who will take a central role in existing engagement initiatives and develop new ones, which aim to build networks and empower employees
Job Description
-Closely work with HR and Culture team to execute engagement activities
-Maintain reports Analysis of monthly activities
-Design prepare various communications to be sent across to employees
-Foster positive relationships with employees as their primary point of contact
-Driving meaningful conversations with all employees in a program thus ascertaining -Attrition warning of employees and the overall pulse of the program
-Building Brand value for new talent internal folks.
-Drive Employee Satisfaction Survey with related actions that arrive out of the same until closure
-Bring new innovative ideas to the table and see it materialize
Job Requirement
-Minimum 1 year of work experience in HR and candidate having an interest in Employee engagement
-Ability to prioritize work on multiple assignments
-Good communication skills with clarity of thought
-Flexible, dynamic, and engaging, with strong interpersonal skills
