Roles and Responsibilities
Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Naukri, TImes), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
Screening & Shortlisting profiles.
Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards and social networking sites like Linkedin, Google Groups etc.
Standardizing and maintaining the database.
Schedule interviews/selection process for candidates.
Coordinate with the panelists & line up interviews.
Assisting in policy & process formulation & implementation.
Designing and implementing employee engagement activities.
Conducting employee satisfaction surveys.
Preparing recruitment reports
Handle cross functional work areas
Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Must be a results-oriented self-starter with ability to meet deadlines.
