- Strong Knowledge of Statutory Compliance - PF / ESIC / Bonus / Gratuity / F&F- Responsible for Attendance and Payroll activities- PMS process- Developing HR & IR Policies- Preparation of Appointment / Appraisal / Relieving / other HR Letters.
Required Candidate profile
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in handling Attendance and Payroll software independently.- Managed Administrative activities- Hands-on experience in performance appraisals, Retention and welfare activities.
