Job description
We are looking for a passionate, creative, collaborative, and solutions-oriented teammate to join our Corporate HR team for 6 months of contract. The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
Role & responsibilities
Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Support in handling employee queries and providing necessary assistance.
Assist with payroll inputs and leave management coordination.
Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Support the HR team in day-to-day operations and other projects.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
02 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (internships count).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
