Roles and Responsibilities
hiring HR Recruiter at Dreamstel Communications:
Must have exp. up to 1.5yr 3 yr in recruitment, employee engagement & management.
1.Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins.
2. Experience in Attendance management & other Operational task.
2.Should have experience of various selection process and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as telephonic, Skype and personal.
3.Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
4.Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.
5.Need to have experience in end to end recruitment Experience : 1 to 3 yr Years into HR Recruitment as well as generalist activities for IT based company.
6.Confident, Smart & Presentable Experience: (1-2 years).
7.Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement.
