Arranging Salary Negotiation over Telephonic discussion or Face to Face round.
Rolling out Offer Letter.
Giving Induction to New Joinees.
Coordinating for Employee Corporate Salary Account.
Creating & Deactivating Email ID.
handling payroll department.
Should have knowledge of all HR compliance .
Should be able to work in night shifts thrice in a week.
