We have an urgent opening for HR Executive / HR Recruiter. Someone who is all rounder and has worked into Recruitment as well as generalist activities. ( for immediate joining )
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) The Human Resource Executive will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
2) Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews,
releasing offers or Consultant letters, follow up till the candidate joins.
3) Should have experience of various selection process and must be able to conduct different
type of interviews such as telephonic, Skype and personal.
4) Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates
through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
5) Need to have experience in end to end recruitment with 2 to 4 Years into HR
Recruitment as well as generalist activities.
Eligibility / Qualification:-
1) Confident, Smart and Presentable
2) Self motivated, eager to learn, take initiatives, motivated to work in start up.
3) Full time MBA in HR with Minimum 2 years Experience in HR.
4) Female is preferred
