Job Profile
Reviewing resumes and applications
Screening & recruitment
handling portals
Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions
Training new or existing employees
Handling joining formalities of new employees
Communicating and explaining the organisation's HR policies to the employees
Coordinating With Colleges For Campus interviews.

Age should be between 19 - 25 Years
Experience: 1-2 Years of relevant experience
Education:
PG : MMS/ MBA HR or
UG: BMS/ BBA HR with around 4 years of relevant work experience
