JOB DETAILS
Organize and maintain personnel records
Update internal databases (e.g., record sick or maternity leave)
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
Good in recruitment processes, as per company policies and lining
Understand the requirement of our organization
Analyze the quality people and contact them through phone, Email
Sourcing CVs from various channels such as referencing, job portals etc.
Able to handle end to end recruitment processes
Additionally, look at administration jobs as and when they arise
