Roles and Responsibilities
Managing leave and attendance for all employees• Handeling onboarding process including Welcome Note , Email to new hire and their documentation. • Entirely handeling employee Exits including interviewing and formalities. • Coordination with insurance broker for mediclaim policy and reimbursement and Insurance process for renewals. • Issuing employee adhoc letters as per the requirement. • Background verification requests Check verification details to for ex-employee as per HR database and records. • Employee database management with managing employee farewell/ marriage related to concern person for gift as per policy. • Reports Preparing any kind of reports as per business requirement. • Handeling final settlements for exit employees. • Employee personal and employment details updation on iTalent global software. • Access creation on Indianet software for new hires and exits.
Desired Candidate Profile
Shold have minimum experience of 1 year in HR Operation.
Good Communication slills
