1. Recruitment , Interview and Selection
2. Joining Formalities
3. Exit Formalities
4. Providing Following Documents to the employees. : -
5. (Offer Letter, Confirmation Letter, Appointment Letter, Increment Letter, Experience Letter etc).
6. Weekly Expenses Reimbursement (Vouchers).
7. Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc),
8. Assisting HR Manger in implementing new policies, rules in the organization.
9. Database Management.
10. File Maintenance.
11. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
12. Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Manager.
13. Compile and update employee records, Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
14. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
15. Communicate with public services whenever necessary.
16. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
17. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
Job Requirements
Good Communication Skills.
Atleast 6 months experience in Recruiting.
