Senior Executive HR Generalist/ HR Operations
Location Chennai
Experience: 2-3 yrs

Mandatory Requirements
Qualification: MBA/PGDM HR (Full time)
Joining- immediate to within 1 month
Should have fairly good experience in recruitment
Candidate should be open to travel as needed for employee bonding sessions to be conducted.

Recruitment
Onboarding formalities
Lifecycle management (including, Retirements, loans, transfers, deputation etc)
Exit Processing
Employee Engagement Activities
Payroll Processing (supporting with inputs for payroll related activities)
Roles and Responsibilities
represent the spectrum of the HR function to the business and act as SPOC for all their needs.
Recruitment of On and Off role employees.
Onboarding requisites and frontend all welcome formalities, induction, including familiarization of processes for new joiners.
Coordinate for timely confirmation of employees and support for processes related to transfers and movement of employees.
Manage timely payroll-related activities for on-roll and off-roll employees.
Management of accurate MIS and reports for HR regional updates, besides audits of HR processes.
Vendor Management
Handling employee grievances in a timely manner.
Handle employee processes as well as other routine HR activities like personnel files, employee data updation and others.
Support for employee engagement activities in the region as allocated.
