Job description
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Strong knowledge in Hindi, English Malayalam
2+ years minimum of work experience in Human Resources.
Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or another related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be willing to work from the office
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Able to effectively and accurately track and analyse data using Excel and google docs, etc.
Ability to navigate across different HR tools platforms.
Team handling
Start-up experience would be added an advantage.
Past experience in recruitment programs is an advantage
Pro-active and self-motivated
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing company
Ability to adapt to evolving or changing requirements
Detailed-oriented, organised, and high-quality work
Enthusiastic, personable, positive attitude, and high integrity
