Create detailed job descriptions
Follow up with candidates;
Source potential candidates on platforms, like Naukri etc . Use social media for hiring eg LinkedIn
Perform pre-screening calls to analyses applicants abilities
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
Using the Internal ATS effectively
Managing Employee engagement and HR issues of the staff
Manpower Planning
Recruitment MIS Reporting
Educational Qualifications and Skills
Essential- A minimum Bachelor s Degree level or equivalent
Minimum 4 experience of relevant recruitment experience in HR role
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with excellent Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
Ability to work on google sheets , google documents and handle large amounts of data
Highly organised able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
Fastidious attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
