Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate employee training programs, and support employee development initiatives
Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
HR Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with changing regulations and company needs
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to HR practices
