We are hiring HR Generalist
Job Description:
Develop, implement, and maintain people experience policies and procedures in compliance.
with all applicable laws and regulations.
Serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions and concerns from employees and managers.
Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing employee relations issues.
Support managers in the development and implementation of performance management plans.
Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices and present recommendations to HR managers and business leaders.
Prepare and deliver engaging business presentations related to HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Maintain accurate employee records and assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.
Contribute to the development and execution of HR projects and initiatives.
Deliver end-to-end internal employee engagement plans and campaigns to inspire and engage employees. This will involve supporting senior leaders in their communication efforts in keeping their functions informed of updates and changes in consistent and engaging ways.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed HR decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills:
Masters degree in human resources or related field.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills with strong business acumen.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
