Job description
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR analytics, HR policy development and implementation, and compliance. The HR Generalist will collaborate with HR and business leaders to support our HR strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies, source candidates, conduct interviews, and select the best candidates for the position.
Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process, including orientation, paperwork, and benefits enrollment.
Employee Relations: Build positive employee relations by managing employee complaints, addressing employee concerns, and providing guidance and advice to managers on employee relations issues.
Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, coach managers on providing feedback, establish goals, and conduct performance reviews.
Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to employees on topics such as compliance, harassment prevention, and diversity and inclusion.
Compensation and Benefits: Administer the organizations compensation and benefits programs, including conducting salary surveys, performing job evaluations, and analyzing benefit plans.
HR Analytics: Collect, analyze, and report HR data to support business decision-making.
HR Policy Development and Implementation: Create and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and promote a positive work environment.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
What to Bring
Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR analytics, HR policy development and implementation, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
