Job description
Looking HR head for Jaipur location.
MBA in HR, from hospital background, 12-15 years of experience
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Negotiate collective bargaining agreements and maintain positive relationships with labor unions or employee representatives.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Lead the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
Collaborate with senior leadership to support business initiatives and organizational development.
Participate in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.
Ensure compliance with all internal policies and standards.
Analyze data and report to the board and senior managers using HR Metrics.
Communicate with external services providers such as housing, transport, insurance, etc.
Strategize programs and policies to enhance employee growth and satisfaction.
Develop policies to curb absenteeism and employee turnover.
