Job description
Role & responsibilities
1. To identify the training needs for the organization on continual basis.
2. To design customized training programmes for the organization, deliver them & evaluate them.
3. To identify topics & participants for training, search external training, get them conducted & evaluate their results.
4. To frame the policies & procedures for the organization with the help of top management & respective dept. heads for the betterment of the organization & as per organizational needs.
5. Implement Employee Engagement yearly program.
6. Custodian of Organization Charts and JDs covering all levels.
7. To introduce new systems & best practices for the betterment of the organization.
8. To provide counselling & motivation to company employees.
9. To bring into notice of management any misconduct happening in the organization.
10. To perform like a bridge between management & staff for smooth functioning of the organization.
11. To guide the under HR staff for his functions & take responsibilities in his absence.
12. To accomplish all HR day to day activities in the organization.
13. To make sure that Salary/ Remuneration work is done on timely basis.
14. To ensure maintenance of HR documentation & labour law related statutory documents.
15. To handle grievances of all departments of the organization.
16. Undertake special HR projects as needed.
