JOB DETAILS
Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization,follow the instruction and format of hiring.
Posting jobs on various portals (e.g monster, indeed,glassdoor etc)
Screening of potential candidate by assigning them task
Selection of right assignment which matches terms, conditions and standards design by organization
taking webinar or zoom meeting everyday at 4 Pm in evening with selected candidates
Explaining them brief details about there responsibility, teams, condition expectation, bonds, salary structure, probation period, cause & consequence, fulfilling raised queries, ensuring candidate understand and comply with them
Forward selected candidates details, experience, past projects (if any) results of assigned tasks to authorities for final round.
In case your candidate is selected, keeping records of joining dates, documents, enroll them in whatsapp group.
Make sure every candidate gets their assignments and projects in morning and by evening take DSR- Daily Status Report.
Make a detailed summary out of it and forward to authorities.
Make sure employees deliver their tasks before deadlines.
Monitoring their performance day to day and submit performance based report by end of week (Saturday)
Employees who stay inactive (no response) for four days, with warning must be terminated out of the system on immediate effect.
Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance of employees, any leave and absence must be kept in records including half day.
Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers or as per demand for optimization coming up with effective strategies and implementation plans are appreciated .
Up To date knowledge about labor laws and changes. RESPONSIBILITIES
JD for different categories and roles will be provided by the organisation.
Must have tools and ID, subscription to different job portals on your own.
Pre designed assignment tasks and relevant links will be provided. for screening.
Eligibility criteria, expectations standards format will be provided and once discussed with the organization, for selecting the right candidate.
HR must know how to conduct online meetings, explanations and presentations in the hiring process.
Being familiar& made the candidate understand bond agreements completely.
Bond format will be provided and will be discussed once with organizations.
Most JD and vacancy are performance based.
JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Educated to tertiary level in Business, HR
Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience, professional firms preferred.
Fluency in both spoken and written English & Hindi
NOTE- Performance base Post
selection of right candidate, who enrolls into the system must be accepted by authorities, will be counted otherwise rejected.
if selected, maintaining there records and monitoring their performance throughout the month with delivery of results
will be counted and judged as your performance.
