Job description
Daily Monitoring of attendance and Daily Work records.
Calculate incentives where applicable.
Maintain leave register digitally (Physically until digitalisation is complete) and ensure effective digitalisation of HR and payrolls.
Organising monthly review meetings, prepare minutes and follow up action.
Monitor Auditor/Inspector/Assesor qualification requirements and arrange update trainings in collaboration with QM and Coordinators.
Periodic updating of employee details in the INDOCERT website.
MBA graduate, specialized in HR with 4 5 years of experience
Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
Proficient in MS Office tool
Open minded, Diplomatic, Observant, Perceptive Open to Improvement, Integrity, Hardworking, Service-oriented, Objective, ability to deliver results timely. Good Communication skill in local language and English
Can do, proactive, positive and collaborative demeanour
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
