Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations

Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in resolving employee conflicts or issues and escalate to HR Manager when necessary.
