JOB DETAILS
* Leads and drives the execution of the company wide people strategy for talent management including key talent / high potential development and performance management processes
* Provides input and support to Senior Management, Regional HR Directors & business leaders in the local sites
* Anticipate staffing needs at management levels: assess current resources and reservoirs; prepare for growth in key regions and anticipate the impact of industrial or technological developments
* Career management and succession planning: build expertise; priority to internal promotion to capitalize experience; develop international teams through appropriate training and development plans ; identify and develop potentials; and prepare back-ups for key positions
* Retain talent: improve satisfaction of employees and reduce resignation turnover
* Provide expertise, input and resource to Group Talent Management in the design, direction and delivery of the overall leadership strategy to ensure alignment with strategic business needs
* Create and secure a high-level performance culture: demonstrate and ensure adherence to the company policy regarding leadership behaviour
