JOB DETAILS              
- This role is required to identify and develop new business opportunities for his team. Manage the Pan India Sales operations & accountable for the budgeted sales revenue by acquiring new clients. - Devise and implement sales plans and strategies, manage sales team to ensure proper planning and organization of time and resources. - Review KRA-KPIs and use reporting, analytics and technology to drive results and sales focus Requirements The role would thus be responsible and accountable for the following areas: 1. RELATIONSHIP BUILDING ACTIVITIES : - Guide Sales team to source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and inbound lead follow-up and emails. - Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization. - Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging own network. - Ability to quickly understand Company's products and services, models and way of doing business. - Embarking the relationship with new clients and taking measures to strengthen them. (Banks, NBFC, Fintech Etc.) - Devising strategies for sales & revenue growth and implementing it through the team. 2. SALES & MARKETING: - Responsible for driving the team of BDM's to help acquire new accounts, building pipeline, book revenues from given segment & geography. - Growing sales and profitability by prioritizing and capturing new customers through a team of BDM's and self-effort. - Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business - Work with team to develop proposals that address the client's needs, concerns, and objectives. - Participate in pricing the solution/service. - Research and build relationships with new clients. - Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders. And Understanding clients brief and articulate it into a meaningful deliverable. - Plan approaches and pitches - Ensure closure of business deals with appropriate follow-ups - Ensure submission of all proposals within timelines - Work closely with technology leadership to ensure excellent quality proposals - Drive high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout all areas of the business.. 3. DELIVERABLES FOR SUCCESS: The successful candidate must demonstrate the following successes: - Closure of deals, healthy pipeline of business and contribution to the growth of the company in terms of revenues and profitability. - Must be willing to travel across geographies for acquiring new accounts and support the frontline team. - Forecast sales target and ensure the team meets them. - Second Line Management - Responsible for Training and Development, compensation design, recruitment and selection of the sales talent. And finally to groom and prepare them as next level leaders. - Present weekly progress reports to senior leadership. - Giving online and face to face presentations and demos to the clients - Attend meetings regularly to understand client's requirement & provide the best solutions. CORE COMPETENCIES: - Strong people management and coaching skills, Market intelligence and business planning - Experience in retaining a high-performance sales team and a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team - Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plans, proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage business and P&L to meet an objective - Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in New Business Acquisition with a minimum of 5 Years working experience in the BFSI Industry. - Excellent Communication and influencing skills, Strong organizational & planning skills - Willing to get involved in order to increase the business pace and exceed goals and objectives - Physical Requirement - Flexible in traveling across India
