JOB DETAILS
1. Requisition of manpower requirements in consultation with Project Heads of both Permanent & Contract Employees at site level.
2. Recruit Employees as per the budget approved by the Functional Head of both Corporate & Site Level.
3. Searching the candidates from Job Portal (Naukri, Linkedin, Quikr etc) as per the requirement of Head Office & Sites.
4. Scheduling & Coordinating the Interview with the Functional Heads at HO or at Sites.
5. Verifying Candidates Salary and Designation in previous organisation by conducting the final HR round.
6. Defined salary bands as per the fitment of the candidates in terms of his experience and current drawing salary.
7. Issuing the Offer Letter in consultation with HR Head.
