Execution of Administration function
Assist in general HR function
Other Ad Hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Responsibilities and Duties
Purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery, pantry supplies and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones bills, etc.
Coordinate and make arrangements for the company events, such as birthday celebrations, festival celebration, picnics etc.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Collect Employee Documents at the time of joining and maintain Employee personal files.
Prepare Employee I Card and arrange for seating space, telephone line, Sim card, Laptop/desktop and other induction formalities.
Prepare Employee Codes in the payroll software.
Assist in general HR activities.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Graduate in any stream
Minimum 3 years working experience in an Administration profile

Possess good working attitude & have strong sense of responsibility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations
Current in today’s office technology, and computer software including MS Office
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Good verbal and written communications skills
Discretion with personal and confidential information
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹18,000.00 /month
