JOB DETAILS
The incumbent will be responsible for:
Onboarding:
Handling joining formalities.
Preparation of Offer, Appointment, increment, relieving letters.
Employee Lifecycle Management (Attendance, Leave, HRMS):
Looking after Daily Attendance, Leave Records, L.T.A., Medical reimbursements, Year-end leave calculations, Leave encashment etc.
Timely completion of regularization requests received from the employees before payroll cycle.
Sending communication to the employees regarding their attendance for the respective payroll cycle.
Maintaining employee HRMS Database, MIS of attrition, Org Structure, employee
cost budget report, staff shift wise deployment & attendance, OT analysis report etc.
Payroll:
Consolidation of Payroll with all inputs like Collection on attendance, leaves, new hires, employee information changes, Loans, Advances, and Reimbursements.
Salary statement generation and coordinating with bank for opening of salary account of Associates, generating Employee Pay slips through the system & Distribution.
Arranging exit interviews & handling all formalities after resignation like Full & Final Settlement.
Compliances:
Maintenance of records & Timely submission of all Returns applicable to office under PF, ESIC, Gratuity & Shops & Establishment Act; and other relevant Labour Law legislations.
Admin :
Travel & Hotel booking for guest and employee
Flight & Train Bookings
ID Card, Visiting Card
Handling Printing and stationery etc.
Preparing Agreements.
