Confirmation of candidates for virtual hiring drive calling them prior to the drive planned to confirm their participation 2. Setting up interviews across levels - Zoom 3. Chase candidates to complete their profile on Taleo 4. Speaking to candidates to complete their BGV link; confirm SDs and update Taleo accordingly 5. Confirming with candidates on their SDs one week prior to joining making sure they are joining on said date and let HMs know in case of any changes Desired Candidate Profile Experience of working in Investment Banking sector is preferable Good communication skills Attention to Detail Graduate (BA/B.Sc./B.Tech./B.E.)
