We are seeking an emotionally intelligent people-person for the position of Human Resources Coordinator.
Responsibilities include:
Helping with the Payroll process.
Assisting the Finance Team as per requirements.
Recruiting new employees based on company requirements
Managing job portals to best use each site according to its strengths and to reach the right employees.
Enacting company policy to bring out the best in our team and create a fun, productive environment.
Going with the flow of the HR requirements and taking a leading role in expanding personnel as we grow in the India market.
Helping with Admin work.
Job Requirements:
First and foremost, emotional intelligence
At least 2 years in HR or related fields
Desire to improve your work, yourself, the organization you work with and to learn from your mistakes
