Liaising with Government & Semi- Govt officials
Obtaining the license & renewal under the contract Labour Act as per client wise
Co-ordination for the compliance of subcontractors monthly HR Compliances documents
Coordination for the Registers under the Contract Labour act of subcontractors.
PF ESIC Challan generation.
Annual return -Maternity Act, Minimum Wages
Handling queries related to PF & ESIC of existing employees.
Responsible for handling any claims related PF Esic matters.
Grievances handling and conducting enquiry for the clients employees regarding gratuity.
