We are looking for a skilled HR Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
An excellent coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed. The coordinator needs to understand the organisation's needs and make sure those needs are met when recruiting for new positions. They will also manage employee lifecycle, support the team.
Roles and Responsibilities
Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
Monitor office communication and planning of events.
Perform basic book keeping activities.
Handling office and employee communication as and when necessary.
Deal with employee office communication and requirements.
Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
Assist in vendor relationship management
Create and update records as and when necessary in any department.
Collaborating with VFX production & Operations team to identify and draft accurate job descriptions & hiring criterion.
Creating systematic recruiting strategies, attracting suitable candidates through databases, employment forums & social media
Screening applications & scheduling new interviews. Assisting with the interview process.
They are also in charge of making sure all paperwork involved with hiring someone is filled out and making sure that everything from the first day to each subsequent day is navigated successfully.

1. Candidates should have good presentation and convincing skills.
2. Should be calm, composed, patient and with a pleasing personality.
3. Hands on with MS office - Word, Excel and PPT.
4. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
5. Excellent communication both written and verbal and Interpersonal skills.
6. Organized with the ability to prioritise and multi task.
7. Highly professional behaviour.
8. Positive outlook and motivated to find a solution to any problems which may arise.
