JOB DETAILS              
Accountable for day-to-day HR operations (e.g., benefits, hiring/transfers, onboarding, payroll, employee relations programs, exits), executing and refining recruiting and staffing initiatives and addressing employment-related concerns for on roll and off roll employees Coordinating and handling labour officer visits (Statutory audits) Ensure vendor related compliances for employees on third party payroll (TPP) and Implement corrective actions for all audit findings Anticipate HR/IR issues at the DC level & provide solutions. Ensure compliance of legal and statutory matters relating to Labour and other issues Perform required due diligence and maintain records / tracker for DC related compliances including all third party compliances Maintain MIS for all HR related activities and publish weekly, monthly and quarterly. dashboards Process ownership on recruitment at DC and responsible for hiring employees based on business forecasts Sourcing and recruiting suitable candidates as per the set competencies and in alignment with the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) focus of the organization Accountable for timely and accurate salary payouts of all employees mapped to respective DC including third party payroll employees Partner with other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce Conduct employee engagement initiatives and implement R&R program First level point of contact for all employee grievances Conduct monthly Open houses to understand staff concern, prepare documentation, recommend actionable and review closure of points highlighted in previous Open house session
