Interview comments: Candidate will have mock sales pitch call with VP- Sales and must be able to talk about their Success Stories where they closed the deals single handedly as this is going to be a Individual contributor role.
i. Looking for candidates who have done Direct International IT Sales (Not looking at candidates who do Inside sales which is cold calling from India to US/UK customers only) .
2.Must have closed deals of more than 300K USD in the North America Region/ for US clients Must be willing to travel to US as required.
3.Must be willing to work in Shifts Must have valid US B1/B2 Visa Must have travelled to US to do direct sales and IT business development before.
4.Excellent communication skills. Must be a Graduate/Postgraudate (correspondence is also fine).
5.Should be able to work under pressure and able to close the deal single handed.
6.Have good knowledge of product demonstration with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
7.Should grow the client network at a high percentages.
8.Should be target oriented.
9.To Develop & execute sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
10.To develop business and contribute in increasing revenue and market share of the Company.
11.To Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
12.Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
13.Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
