Talent Acquisition :
- Manpower plan to be created and reviewed periodically
- Managing a team of Talent Acquisition professionals
- Recruitment as per plan (at all levels)
- Defining recruitment TAT
- Competition Mapping
- Defining Sourcing mix
Talent Acquisition - Operations
- Support HR Operations initiatives at the business level
Talent Engagement & retention :
- Consult the line managers & provide HR guidance whenever required
- Analyze the trends and metrics in partnership with the COE to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers and employees (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Attrition Management - Analyze attrition data & provide necessary solutions for controlling the attrition rate
Talent Development :
- Critical Position mapping and strategize succession planning
- Talent Development involves developing, motivating, retaining productivity and engaging employees
- Conduct TNA and suggest necessary training intervention with support from the COE
- Calendarize training sessions for the entire workforce
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructuring and workforce planning
Employee Servicing :
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
