JOB DETAILS
This role entails end to end responsibility for the HR function. You will be responsible for reviewing the frameworks, processes and policies along with the leadership team. This is a senior position that will lead the C&B, HRIS, OD initiatives for the organisation
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate comes with 6-10 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge and proven expertise in C&B, HRIS implementation, L&D and PMS is a must have.
Excellent stakeholder management and effective communication skills are critical.
