Roles and Responsibilities
- This is a key role in the organization where the incumbent will work on important projects of the organization and provide insights to improvise the existing processes in the organization
- Develop and execute an integrated Talent Management and Development Strategy in line with the Business HR Strategy will be a critical deliverable for this role.
- The incumbent will be expected to participate in Talent Management & Leadership Development, Learning and Organization Effectiveness projects
- Work closely and provide feedback to the HR CoEs on policies and processes to gain alignment Work closely with Business heads to understand organization imperatives and prepare Business HR key imperatives and individual plans for relevant HR processes based on historical data business requirements and priorities
- Employer Branding initiatives
- Change Management interventions
- Employee Engagement initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
- Atleast 1-2 years experience in Talent Management / OD / L&D / HR Strategy role
- MBA full-time degree in HR (preferred)
- Possess strong business acumen and the ability to link current and anticipated business challenges with the strategic
