Individual Contribution To own and drive the following initiatives for a set of employees from Executive cadre upto Junior Managerial cadre ? Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
? Design and implementation of induction program for new joinees joining in the above
mentioned cadre
? Drive the annual appraisal cycle
? Conduct “sensing groups” in the organization upto the Junior Managerial cadre
? Drive the execution of the Learning & Development calendar
? Preparing monthly HR MIS
To drive the following initiatives for a strength of 200 employee at the front-end i.e Front
End Staff (FES) , EBOs + SIS
? Drive the annual appraisal cycle for the entire Front End Staff (FES),
? Drive all HR processes for FILA front end staff in coordination with the Regional Sales
team
? Hiring process
? Induction process
? Bi-annual FES sales meet
? Annual Appraisal process
? Train the Trainer program
? Act as an internal Trainer during the
? Drive the Train the Trainer program
TEAM CONTRIBUTION
? Drive the engagement programs
? Manage any other special project along with the team and Head – HR
The role will require the candidate to travel to Delhi & Bangalore on Quarterly basis.
