Position Description- Human Resource Business Partner
Manage the execution and implementation of major Human Resources processes working with the Managing Partner (quarterly performance management, cadence meeting) according to entity guidelines.
Manage the performance management processes such that reporting managers / controllers are coached upon effective feedback mechanism, timeline adherence and handling grievance issue along with the concerned reporting manager on a case to case basis.
Ensure that the sensitive issues are handled effectively and are brought to a logical conclusion with constant communication to relevant stakeholders.
Work with Managing partner to develop training and employee engagement budget and take necessary approvals
Downloading the data from bio-matrix and practice manager, preparing the attendance report (Time sheet), and costing report, analyze trends and making recommendations to managing partner and follow through with actions.
Sourcing & Screening of candidates through Job Portals, Mail Blasting, Professional sites, networking head hunting and employee references. Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing best talent for the company within set timelines, Handling End-End sourcing activities of the company at Pan India level. End to end vendor management, agreement creation and pay out consultants fees/invoices.
Short-listing and pre-screening of potential employee’s in terms of their qualification, communication skills, work experience, remuneration & basic technical experience which helps in validating the resumes and suitability of the candidate.
Preparing training calendar, Documenting quarterly calendar of training programs once dates are finalized for circulation. Drive all Training Administration (assign course, nomination, attendance, feedback etc). Coordinate with trainer for test papers and test result of each employee
Coordinating and planning with vendor for implementation of HRMS Software and other software packages in the organization. If required should be able to contribute to the requirement analysis and testing stages of the project with both internal and external teams.
