- leading Talent Management Interventions which includes Succession planning, Top Talent interventions, Career planning, Development planning.
- Drive retention Work with leadership and managers to drive retention programs.
- Business Partnering - understand business, work as a business ally to impact profitable business growth in long term.
- Drive Engagement Effective Engagement interventions to be implemented for a Gen Y knowledge intensive set up. Engage with Business with a purpose.
- Drive business projects spanning across Organization.
- Drive Performance management process.
- Own Rewards and Compensation strategy for the business. Work closely with the central C&B teams.
- Create great Employee Experiences through process efficiency. Work on automation opportunities that will be further undertaken by the HR Shared Services function
