Define L D goals KPIs that align with the finance goals strategy and execute learning initiatives to meet these goals
Serve as a learning development consultant to Finance global leaders regional leaders and managers to understand their learning and development requirements plan and implement learning solutions that address their needs
Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners to implement training plans in the engagements drive performance and career management initiatives through individual development plans of employees Analyze organizational learning needs through assessment of competency gaps performance metrics employee surveys and voice of the customer
Build Grow a learning development curriculum based on the needs identified aligned to the competency framework within the organization
Roll out training plans in terms of expert session finance priority learning weeks coaching for success and other standard offerings of finance
L D Drive adoption of various learning solutions including classroom eLearning and new age innovative technology driven learning methodologies
Define learning and development budget and manage the spends versus budgets
Measure effectiveness and outcome of training solutions justify ROI on training spends
Define learning development metrics and create dashboards for L D and present them in management reviews with actions for improvement
Develop content and design training modules focused on defined competencies and the audience requirements
Facilitate and deliver trainings on diverse leadership and professional skills for mid to senior managers in the organization
Develop and manage in-house facilitator
Lead a team of trainers learning partners to execute
L D initiatives and meet L D goals Identify and manage vendors from the market for niche learning requirements
Work collaboratively and partner with the Global Learning Development team to drive global initiatives in finance
Develop focused learning solutions for top talent in partnership with Talent Management
Ensure learning development processes are aligned to the standard operating procedures achieve full compliance in internal and external audits
