• Talent Acquisition
o Source and develop pool of qualified candidates across assigned region for each requirement
o .Documentation and joining formalities before cut offs
• Compliance
o Adherence to Group, Company & HR Policy
o Highlight non-adherence cases through appropriate channel/process on immediate basis
o Policy governance
• Contribute and ensure smooth execution of employee engagement activity and learning and
development activity / initiative as per company calender.
• Payroll activities
o Share attendance inputs for payroll processing
• Coordinate to get the payroll queries resolved
TO CONTRIBUTE:
• Interact with Stakeholders through weekly/monthly meetings.
• Employee life cycle management through HR interventions
• Employee engagement activities
• CSR activities
• Ability to ensure compliance as per organizational requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum Graduate, Post Graduate from Reputed Business School
• 6 to 10 years of experience in any Assistant Manager HR / Manager / Sr Manager role
• Candidate having experience into HR from BFSI, NBFC, Wealth Management background can be an advantage.
