Build a strong connect with employees for them to naturally look up to you for direction and feel supported. Identify and create multiple touchpoints including but not limited to 1:1 sessions, forums, pulse sessions etc.
Work from the ground level up to understand & fix the recurring problem areas for employees.
Ideate and implement various interventions that can improve employee experience for a diverse and dispersed team.
Rethink and rebuild processes around employee engagement, rewards and recognition, performance management, and employee relations to bridge the current gaps. Research on industry best practices and trends to provide suggestions and create proposals for change.
Identify processes that can be automated leading to increased efficiency and productivity.
Own up execution of incentive programs designed for the Sales. Ensure seamless coordination between stakeholders and payroll team on time and correct payouts.
Measure your actions- Set up regular catch ups with your stakeholders, conduct surveys, study HR analytics reports to analyze the impact of the initiatives taken and revisit your action plans.
Who can apply for this role?
A minimum of 2 years experience in HRBP role, ideally supporting Sales, scattered and remote teams.
Open to travelling across all sales offices.
Be the balanced advocate for both employees & business by debating out both sides of a problem or issue & come up with congruent solutions.
Work with multiple stakeholders having different point of views and still be able to converge them together.
Analytical, logical and has appetite for numbers.
Has personal and professional resilience. Can accept mistakes and handle conflict.
Tenacity and ability to build stuff from scratch, work with minimal supervision.
