Drive structured employee connects like Focus Group Discussions, One on One connects and branch visits.
Drive monthly engagement activities and festival celebrations across branches as per the engagement calendar.
Drive business communication calendar as per timelines - Open Houses, EXCO connects etc
Drive employee participation in quarterly and Annual R& R events.
Stakeholder management across the business
Drive BAU activities as per defined process and timelines - Performance management, BGV actionable, Employee grievances, Exit interviews, Support Corporate HR initiatives etc
