JobResponsibilities:
Designing and developing an assessment matrix to enhance sales capabilities.
The HRBP shall work and partner with the sales team to develop, implement and drive results increasing organizational effectiveness.
Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under the HR purview.
Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention.
First point contact for HR policy & clarification for all employees & managers within Sales Team.
Requirements:
Relevant exp of handling sales HRBP for at least 5 years.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills with the maturity to handles sensitive employee issues at all times deftly.
