JOB DETAILS
Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
To establish and develop a relationship with senior management and other HR Business Partners to understand the key resource issues and associated requirements to meet both current and future organizational challenges.
Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Seek to continuously improve the quality and value of the HR service provided to the organization.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA in HR or marketing, with 2 - 6 years of experience in HR BP functions
Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written.
Must be highly self-motivated, proactive and self-sufficient
