Position Summary: As our Talent & Culture Specialist, you will work to build valuable relationships with our internal clients i.e. "Our Valuable Employees". You will work to identify and prepare development plans for all employees and encourage their growth. As an employee-centric organization, we will indulge in numerous discussions aimed at employee upliftment - you will provide valuable insight on the same. With your experience, we will collaborate to build meaningful experiences for our employees. You will also actively involve in supporting discussions and best practices from different functions in the organization. Nature and Scope of the Role:  You will act as a Focal point of the employees and the Business units  You will support the delivery of HR Processes  You will help build strong business relationship within the organization and boost employee collaboration  You will drive performance improvement and enable in surfacing positive changes in the employees  You will design success plans  You will device Culture boot camps  You will evaluate staff needs and act on providing the same  You will work to build employee engagement via creative and meaningful initiatives  You will help improve employee productivity  You will also play a centric role in creating and maintaining HR Policies, strategies and practices  You will enhance staff morale and contribute to attaining business goals Primary Skillset:  You possess previous experience in Human Resources Management, coupled with the similar Education background  You are a team player and are the face of this attribute  You come with great communication skills that extend to conveying the right information  You are great with your negotiation skills  You possess analytical and problem skills and understand its weight in organizationaldevelopment  You have a sharp attitude, open mind and are an individual with a solution oriented approaches  Multitasking is an advantage for you and you enjoy working with people  You possess excellent stake holder relationship management  You are proactive in nature and work with meticulous attention to detail  You interpersonal skills are incredible impressive and have helped build your persona
