Job Role:
PromptCloud is looking for a high-energy HRBP, who has donned both generalist and specialist roles in the past, to spearhead all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The hired person will support business needs and ensure proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote values and enable business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, and talent management. You'd be responsible for scaling the company from current strength to 2X-3X in the next 2 years and hence designing the organization in the process. Given an agile start-up environment, there's an immense scope to implement things from scratch and grow in this role.
Responsibilities:
Develop data-driven goals that align with company level targets and lead those initiatives with the teams
Systematically diagnose business and organizational issues; design and implement solutions that shape culture, build organization capability and enable business results.
Independently oversee end-to-end activities related to recruitment and employee talent management for the company.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Nurture a positive working environment and come up with innovative ways to maintain a spirited culture
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Update current policies as needed in collaboration with the leadership team and ensure compliance
Overseeing of Office facilities.
Requirements:
Prior relevant experience (7-10 years) as HR Manager or HRBP in a dynamic environment supporting business needs
Full-time MBA (HR) from a tier-1 or tier-2 institute
Proven experience developing and executing strategies designed to improve employee morale
In-depth knowledge and understanding of local and central laws and HR best practices
Proven experience developing and implementing solutions to highly complex situations that call for ingenuity and creativity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal communications skills
Strong experience in IT recruitment
