BU HR and Employee Benefits: • Hands on experience on BU HR resources and ability to work independently • Manage Employee relationship for respective BU. • Resolve Employee concerns and manage escalations • Handling Employee insurance end to end. • Managing the ticketing vendor and other benefits vendor. • Excellent with MS Excel and Power point 2. Visa & travel administration: • Helping with Visa assistance, FRRO, travel. • Point of contact for Expats for their queries regarding India specific processes and any other office assistance. Soft Skills: • Attentive to detail and extremely organized. • Exceptional multitask ability • Self motivated person and completely focused. • Strong presentation skills - ability to communicate with senior business executives • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
