JOB DETAILS
Essential Functions:
• Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
• Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
• Taking care of HR programs like Leader connect, Elixir, Fun Fridays etc.
• Preparing new employee files
• Recommend new approaches and procedures to effect continual improvements
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Taking care of employee engagement activities
• Taking care of HR Generalist activities
Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent planning skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word /Excel/PPT).
