JOB DETAILS              
Job purpose: The incumbent would be the HR/Talent Partner for product development, delivery and business support functions with a workforce of 300 people spread across Bangalore, Southeast Asia and South Africa. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Chief People Officer. Business Partnering • Be a single point of contact for all people matters relating to HR policies, talent engagement, development & retention. • Quarterly review with the leadership team on findings from analysis done out of various processes and initiatives including employee engagement surveys to gauge the pulse of people across functions. Design, discuss, implement and monitor the plan of action on the above analysis. • Coordinate with Recruitment and HR Operations teams to ensure the specific needs of the business units (BU) are addressed. • Conducting one-on-one meetings, skip level meetings or employee roundtables to gather employee opinions and advising leadership on addressing employees concerns. • Provide monthly dashboard to BU heads. • Support the execution of Performance Management cycle for respective BUs. • Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary corrections, comparisons. Talent Management and Development Initiatives • Facilitating HR programs including sucession planning, individual development plans and learning intitatives. • Administer corporate policies, programs and procedures and also train and coach line managers on Policies and processes. • Conduct induction: ensuring smooth on boarding of employees and taking them through the business unit, Intranet & Facilities walk through etc. • Conduct exit interviews & analysis to build retention strategies. • Exsposure to leadership development (program design and impmentation) is a plus. Employee Engagement • Applying employee engagement practices in order to create a positive, ethical, effective work environment. • Manage and proactively address people management issues in the Employee cycle- after joining to separation processes. • Implement the Rewards & Recognition program.
